Spring Forward: Fashion Forward Spring Makeup Colors
As the spring season is shortly approaching, it is time to make sure that we are ready for this seasons’ color palette. After doing some research about these seasons’ colors through Allure Magazine and watching clips of New York’s Fashion Week here are some of the trends along with my personal product suggestions:
Eyes:
Bronze- Urban Decay’s Smog eye shadow
Orchid Purple- MAC’s Fig 1 & Urban Decay’s Last Call eye shadow
Blue- Use blue tones this spring to line the bottom lashes. I suggest E.L.F. Shadow in Sea Blue which was also a recommendation by Allure Magazine
Lips:
Coral- L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in Tropical Coral
Nude- Fresh Brew by MAC
Pink- Nicki Minaj MAC Viva Glam Lipstick in “Nicki” (This is on my wish list, I’ve seen this color on makeup tutorials and it is such a beautiful and vibrant pink for spring), Hot Gossip by MAC, Paris by NYX,and Smashbox Photo Finish Lipstick in Flirty
Cheeks:
Coral- E.L.F. Studio Blush in Candid Coral
Rose/Pink- Breezy by MAC, Flirt and Tease by MAC
